The hot debate heading into the NFL Draft this year is definitely whether or not Tim Tebow will make it. I know it’s crazy, knowing how amazing he was in college, but these NFL guys still have their reasons. Some of it is crap, but some of them make a good point. I think if Tim went to a team like the Saints, that’s already sucessful and has a great QB to be Tim’s mentor, he would become a great NFL QB. Sure, he wouldn’t get much playing time, but he would get the experience he needed to either replace the starting QB one day or become a free agent and find a new team. I think he’ll suprise a lot of people. I believe in you Tim!
It’s true that Tebow might not be the top draft pick as a QB, BUT I think a team who is already offensively sound could supplement with some Tebow option play while he is developing under a veteran QB and maturing into that position. I think whichever team (Hoping the Saints) picks him will not be disappointed! There are a couple things you can’t teach: leadership and passion, and Tebow is the epitome of those.
