Tim,

I'm liberal, pro-choice, and not a fundamentalist Christian . Having said that, I want to express my admiration for you as a human being. You are clearly a good and decent person. I thought your superbowl ad was the model of good taste and understatement, and I think you are treated abominably by many of your critics. Do you wear your religion on your sleeve a little too much for my taste? Yes, but that's your prerogative. Good luck with the Broncos.

As a fellow college student, I find it refreshing for someone to stand up for what they believe in. Not just believing in any old thing but specifically making a stand for Christ in a world that is so anti-Christ. Standing against abortion isn't some political move, when you are a Christian Christ is involved and is infiltrated into EVERYTHING you do, there is no seperating Christ from a part of your life. I think God is greatly using Tim and am so very happy that he continues to give God the glory even if it makes him seem unpopular. This life isn't about popularity, he knows that, and will more than likely step on a lot of peoples toes throughout his life, but what he is doing is more important than being seen with great favor in people's eyes. I wish him the best in his career, and I know he will go far because he has God on his side.

"You have no right to bring politics into sports, especially when religion is part of it."

No right? You've read the Constitution, haven't you, doc? That little part about FREEDOM OF SPEECH applies here.

Dear Mr. Tebow,
I have been a physician helping causes all over the world as the University of Miami sonsered me. I never looked for any credit or brought my own politics EVER. You have no right to bring politics into sports, especially when religion is part of it. You should be shamed the way you handle your religion and politics. I have no respect for you. I don't tell people my politics or religion because it is not the right thing to do. Your political advertisemnts during the superbowl is not called for and you shouls withdraw them like a good human being would.
