In today’s post, I have a highlight video that goes through the entire game and shows all of Tim Tebow’s plays. It’s about six minutes long.

The second video is the post game press conference that starts out with Urban Meyer and then gets into Tim Tebow. They ask him questions about hi performance, Urban’s future and his own future in the NFL. It’s about 9 minutes long.

Tebow was 31/35 passing and connected with 6 different receivers. Riley Cooper led the way with 181 yards receiving and Aaron Hernandez led the team in receptions. Tim threw touchdowns to Cooper, Hernandez and Thompson.

It’s hard to imagine Tim Tebow going out in any other way. We saw him throw the ball like a Heisman winner should. We saw him run the ball like a freaking maniac – I saw him lower the shoulder a few times. And he protected the ball, made wise decisions and was a leader on and off the field. I love the way Tim motivates the players. They showed him head butt David Nelson with their helmets on and Nelson got knocked back 5 feet. It was great.

It will be sad seeing Tim go – but also exciting as he ventures on to the next level. For now let’s enjoy this Sugar Bowl victory.

What an amazing first half. Tim Tebow is having a GREAT game and the Florida Gators are beating Cincinnati 30-3. Tim completed I think his first 12 passes in a row and has throw for 321 yards and 3 touchdowns. Tim hadn’t throw for over 300 yards in a single game all year, and now he’s done it in the first half of the Sugar Bowl. A 80-yard touchdown reception by Riley Cooper near the end of the 2nd quarter certainly helped. This is pretty much Tebow’s best game of the entire year.

Tebow’s Eye Black for the Sugar Bowl is Ephesians 2:8-10

8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

The Gators have been in New Orleans practicing all week. They’re getting ready for a primetime game that everyone will be watching. All college football fans want to see how Urban Meyer feels and witness Tim’s farewell performance. Do you think he’ll be able to bounce back after that disappointing loss to Alabama in the SECCG?

“I don’t think you’re over a loss. It’s going to hurt, probably will hurt for a while,” Tebow said. “I think we’re over the point where we’re feeling sorry for ourselves and we’re getting back to working, working hard and just getting better.”

Tim Tebow is 2-1 all-time in Bowl games, including two National Championships. He’s not afraid of the big stage – in fact he loves it. He comes into the game with 2,400 yards passing, 859 yards rushing and 31 total touchdowns. He’s been a machine his four years at Florida and I expect nothing less in his final game. I am predicting Tim to throw for 300 yards plus 4 touchdowns and rush for 70 yards plus 1 touchdown. He’s going to have a huge game against Cincinnati’s mediocre defense. The o-line will block for him and the running game will help open things up down field. I’m very excited for this game.
