There really isn’t much else for us to blog about today. With spring practice over and summer conditioning still a couple months away it will be a slow time here.

One thing we’re always looking for is Tim Tebow Fan Art, Tim Tebow inspirational stories, and Tim Tebow sightings. Remember, if you see Tim Tebow on campus somewhere, shoot us an email and we’ll be glad to post it.

Tebowzone is a website dedicated to Tim Tebow. The articles here are open to the public, so anyone can read them… even non-Tebow fans. However, do to the recent Tebow hating in the comment section of this website, we will be taking measures to eliminate it.

Over the next few days we will be requiring people to register and become a member of TebowZone before they are allowed to comment on a post. This will give us the authority to monitor accounts and ban anyone who is a problem.

We are not saying rival fans can’t read this blog or post comments. TebowZone still welcomes opposing opinions and mature Tebow and collegiate sports discussions. People just need to do it in a respectful manner without using hateful remarks.

I’m sorry it’s had to come to this, but in order to keep this site family friendly it’s a step that needs to be taken. If you have a problem with the new change, feel free to contact us.

Since I don’t have any word yet on Tim Tebow during his first day of Spring Practice, I thought I would just give you guys an update on a change coming soon with Tebow Zone. It’s nothing big, but I’ve been meaning to change the header images for quite some time now, and I’m finally getting around to it.

One of the images was reversed to make it fit better, but by doing that, Tebow’s #15 is also reverse so it kind of looks like a 21. Since the current header is almost a year old, we’ve finally got some new pictures of Tebow, so I’m going to redo it tonight.

Gotta get everything set and ready for the start of Spring Practice. We may undergo a couple of other changes before the season starts, but I don’t want to spoil anything just yet

Today is National Signing Day. A day for high school seniors to sign their letters of intent to go play college football somewhere. Just 2 years ago Tim Tebow was sitting in the Nease basketball arena waiting to announce what school he would choose. A lot of people speculated that it would be down to Alabama and Florida. Thank God Tebow chose Florida! Looking back it was the best decision he’s ever made. He’s won a national championship and a Heisman Trophy. He never would have got those at Alabama.

Picking a college is a very important decision in a young man’s life. It can make or break some players.

If you’re into Gator Recruting, you need to head over to Gator Envy. They’ll be posting up to the minute news on Gator recruits. They also have a live chat going for anyone who is interested.

Since it is the off-season now, things might get a little slow around here. There is only so much Tebow news going around until Spring Practice starts up. So in order to make things fun and keep all you die hard Tebow fans coming back here for more, I thought we should start a segment called “Tebow Sightings”.

What I want you to do is contact me whenever you see Tebow on campus or out in public so we can inform other fans what he’s up to. If you know Tebow will be speaking at some function or a church, let me know. If you see Tebow at the movie theater checking out I am Legend… we want to know about it. Even if you just catch a picture of Tebow out and about, send it to us and we’ll post it.

I have updated the Tim Tebow Bio page to include more information from the 2007, including the Heisman Trophy and recent bowl game loss. The college career section has also been divided up to show you 2006, 2007, and 2008 in separate sections. Be sure to check it out.

The folks over at Pimp Myspace have given us permission to offer their new Tim Tebow Myspace Layouts to all the Tebow fans here at Tebow Zone. They’re pretty cool, and probably layouts you’ve never seen before. Below is an example of one of the layouts you can find. They all have Tebow pictures in them with orange, blue and black backgrounds. The perfect Myspace layout for any Tebow or Gator fan.

If you’re on Myspace, be sure to tell all your friends where to get the newest Tebow layouts. I’m sure they’ll be adding a lot more once the new football season begins.
