Even rival fans of the Florida Gators love Tim Tebow. In the past we’ve shared some stories that readers submit to us. Today’s email comes from Stephanie, an Auburn Fan who just can’t get enough of Tebowmania.
Hey, First of all I’m an die hard Auburn Fan. But who can’t love Tebow. I’ve been impressed every time I’ve seen him play!! But what impresses me the most is that he has helped to pave the way for a lot of homeschoolers to be able to play in REAL teams! I was homeschooled myself and just to hear all the media about him has validated the fact that homeschoolers aren’t handicapped in any sort of way! And now many homeschoolers are able to play in sports that we couldn’t before Tebow came around. He has sparked a a new interest in getting kids into sports no matter if they are public schooled or homeschooled! Several states have done the same as Florida in letting homeschoolers play, and that in and of itself is awesome!! As Tebow said ‘Football is a means to an end, and the end is to me is to be a good role model’ Go Gators and WAR EAGLE!!!!

Tim Tebow is not just about football. If you’re only a casual fan, you may not know how much he dedicates himself to family, church and the community. It’s one of the many attributes that have given him the name Superman. Tebow does it all.
First Coast News out of Jacksonville has posted an article on their website talking about Tebow took some time after a Gator practice to meet with Kenny Goodall, a lifelong Gator fan who is suffering from Lou Gehrig’s disease.
Goodall’s wife said it was a dream come true. “It’s neat to see that there’s people still out in the world that really care and want to make a difference in people’s lives and that how we feel their blessing to us,” said Karen Goodall.
Here’s a screenshot from the FCN video shoot.

We received an email from a loyal reader here claiming to be Tim Tebow’s biggest fan. She comments on almost every post made here, so if you’re a reader too then you know who I’m talking about. She wanted me to post a message to Tim, so here it is. This email message was not altered in any way…it’s been posted exactly how I received it.
My name is Linzy and I have to be the biggest fan of Timmy ever, because he is my idol..we have all of the same morals..except instead of football for him…its him and the Gators! My room is covered with Timmy and the Gators (actually 90 pictures of Timmy) I’m sooooooo in love with him and I think hes the most amazing man that ever walked this planet! Everytime im not feeling the greatest such as in grades or school or family, I pray to Timmy and God and he gives me the guidance that Timmy would say to me (i think) All of my friends kinda get mad at me because i talk about Timmy ALL da time..he’s all I think about during the day..and on my planner..there is 54 picutures of Tim…everybody tries to steal it to draw over it..which I personally think is very mean! If Timmy ever reads this..I LOVE YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!! and good luck next year..I’ll c you at the Hawaii game on August 30th!!!!

A lot of people visit this Tim Tebow website because we not only provide you with stats, pictures, videos and other fan materials, but we also post almost everyday about Tim Tebow and the stories around him. Over the past two months, we’ve shared several inspirational stories from fans who are inspired by Timmy on a daily basis. Today we share another one.
My sister and I are homeschoolers and Gator fans (of course!). My sister is twelve years old and a sweet little thing. She looks up to Tim so much! She says she wants to live on a farm when she grows up, and she also went out and bought her own football not too long ago! Fortunately, she hasn’t resolved to join the Gator football team (but I wouldn’t put it past her)!
She constantly seeks to do what is right no matter what and, often, gives herself and me “pep talks” reminding us that we aren’t the only ones trying to do what is right… Tim Tebow is too!
I really appreciate his character and integrity. -It’s so encouraging! And I am thankful my little sister can see someone who isn’t letting the fame and glory go to his head. Instead, he’s using it to influence others to do what’s right. - And it’s obviously working!
Thanks, Tim!
